Covenants And Restrictions
It is very important to maintain community standards for our neighborhood to keep it beautiful, safe, and well valued. Before you start any major work on your property that will have a substantial impact on the look of your home or grounds, please review the Do’s and Don’ts for McCarron to avoid any confusion.
In addition to our own Covenants and Restrictions, the state has enacted the North Carolina Planned Community Act. The statute supplements the CCRs and must be referenced in conjunction with CCR Articles. View the NC Planned Community Act
Recently, all of McCarron Way from 7700 – 7805 as well as all of Cranbourne have been incorporated into the McCarron HOA. While they are part of the McCarron HOA they have a separate set of covenants.
