{"id":631,"date":"2016-04-30T19:32:32","date_gmt":"2016-04-30T23:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mccarronhoa.com\/?p=631"},"modified":"2022-04-06T20:34:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T00:34:11","slug":"mccarron-board-meeting-04-11-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whitetree.us\/mccarron\/2016\/04\/mccarron-board-meeting-04-11-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"McCarron Board meeting 04-11-2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members in Attendance: Rubi Fellows, Karl Logan, Chris Treadaway, John Gant<\/p>\n<p>Started at 6:00 PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finances:<\/strong><br \/>\nChris (Treasurer) stated the HOA balance as of April: $61,078.<\/p>\n<p>Expenses for April so far have been $256.00 for landscaping fees<br \/>\nTwo irrigation rain meters need repair, cost was $626.27<\/p>\n<p>Rubi Fellows moved to use money from General fund to pay for repairs to irrigation system; board voted and all approved.<\/p>\n<p>$168.00 was used for new flowers planted in front entrance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Front Entrance rehab<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>The front entrance rehabilitation is once again delayed due to the inability of getting the Front Entrance committee together for a planning meeting due to scheduling conflicts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garage Sale:<\/strong><br \/>\nJohn Gant is looking into acquiring a permit for a community garage sale: date to be determined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mailboxes;<\/strong><br \/>\nLetter was sent urging homeowners to refurbish mailboxes which are missing numbers and which are badly faded.
