McCarron Executive Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n

February 20, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.<\/p>\n

Present: Andi White, Bob Fitzgerald, Cindy Wood, Karen Lewis and Kim Christenbury<\/p>\n

    1. ARC Roles & Responsibilities\n
        \n
      • By unanimous vote, the 2014 ARC will consist of: John Christenbury, Justin Reimer and Mike Blackburn. Andi White will be a substitute on the ARC in the event there is a conflict of interest with one the of ARC members.<\/li>\n
      • ARC needs to have a charter defining responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Violation Policy\n
          \n
        • Cedar Management sent the Board a guideline for violation notification and assessment of fines. Karen reviewed policy and felt that changes were needed.<\/li>\n
        • Karen will work with our attorney to draft a new policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Tabled for future meetings\n

          • Spring Picnic<\/li>\n
          • Community Yard Sale<\/li>\n
          • Communications \u2013 non website<\/li>\n
          • Community Outreach \u2013 weed spray, community tool locker, trash can containment, regular events<\/li>\n

            • Repair\/refurbish\/replace \u2013 Karen to research opt-in\/opt-out option<\/li>\n
            • Directed Cedar not to send violation notice until further notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                • 2 acres owned by Hood Road Development.<\/li>\n
                • West Coast Developments abuts the 2 acres.<\/li>\n
                • Andi & Kim will contact owner regarding selling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                  • Andi & Bob gathering ideas for re-design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Rebranding \u2013 Non-issue.<\/li>\n
                  • 7811 McCarron Way (Simmons Property)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Property in foreclosure. McCarron had the winning foreclosure bid of $2,000. House underwater. No further action by Board. Will wait for bank to claim property.<\/p>\n

                      • Scheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 20 at Living Faith Church<\/li>\n
                      • Andi will draft meeting notice and send to Karen.<\/li>\n
                      • Anyone wishing to speak should register in advance.<\/li>\n
                      • Kim will set-up meeting sign in neighborhood.<\/li>\n
                      • Cindy will request check from Cedar for church donation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
