Andi White will be a substitute on the ARC in the event there is a conflict of interest with one the of ARC members.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>ARC needs to have a charter defining responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Violation Policy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Cedar Management sent the Board a guideline for violation notification and assessment of fines. Karen reviewed policy and felt that changes were needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Karen will work with our attorney to draft a new policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Tabled for future meetings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Spring Picnic<\/li>\n<li>Community Yard Sale<\/li>\n<li>Communications \u2013 non website<\/li>\n<li>Community Outreach \u2013 weed spray, community tool locker, trash can containment, regular events<\/li>\n<li>Mailboxes\n<ol>\n<li>Repair\/refurbish\/replace \u2013 Karen to research opt-in\/opt-out option<\/li>\n<li>Directed Cedar not to send violation notice until further notice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Website\n<ol>\n<li>Photos, events, community watch<\/li>\n<li>Respect privacy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Common Area\n<ol>\n<li>2 acres owned by Hood Road Development.<\/li>\n<li>West Coast Developments abuts the 2 acres.<\/li>\n<li>Andi &amp; Kim will contact owner regarding selling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Existing Common Area<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Andi &amp; Bob gathering ideas for re-design<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rebranding \u2013 Non-issue.<\/li>\n<li>7811 McCarron Way (Simmons Property)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Property in foreclosure. McCarron had the winning foreclosure bid of $2,000. House underwater. No further action by Board.
