The Architectural Review Committee exists to help you determine which modifications to your home exterior or lawn are within the guidelines of the HOA. A short list of guidelines are below. For more please review the Covenants & Restrictions or contact Cedar Management.

Planning to do any modifications to your residence or landscaping? You need to submit an application for any work before you begin and have it approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Download the Request for Architectural Review. Complete it in its entirety and either email or mail it to Cedar Management. Cedar Management will contact you if they need additional information or clarification. Once the form is complete, Cedar Management will forward the form to your local ARC for review. You will be notified promptly of the status of your request.

  1. Download the McCarron ARC Request Form
  2. Fill out the form and either:
    • Email the completed form to: ARC@mycmg.com

Architectural Control
• No installation, demolition or alteration may be made to any structures, lots or plantings without the specific consent of the ARB. Requests for changes must be made in writing and include sufficient detail or drawings.
• Fences or walls may not be erected without approval. At no time are chain linked fences, animal pens, or other structures allowed. Privacy fences are allowed in limited circumstances – ask first.
• Utility structures are subject to approval as to type, size and site location. At no time are metal structures permitted.
• No substantial changes in the topography of the property may be undertaken without approval.
• You are responsible for obtaining municipal inspections and/or permits that pertain to your project. You may be asked to provide copies to the ARB.
