Soon the city of Charlotte will be correcting and repairing the water drainage system at the front entrance to our neighborhood. It is very sad that this comes at a time when we have worked so hard to have our front entrance looking beautiful but we do not despair. In time all will be made right and safe again. We hope to have a new community amenity, perhaps near the front entrance, and new monument signs in the coming months. Please be patient with all that is going on but know that we are staying in contact with the city to stay updated on events.

Recently Oakmont Homebuilders has begun construction on the lots on upper McCarron Way and they are going up fast! Soon we will be adding the lots to our association and talks of a new community amenity has commenced. We would love to have your input!
